Formerly Miranda Nolan, Miranda was born and raised in the Wausau area. She graduated from Wausau East High School and received her undergraduate degrees in English, Sociology of Law, Criminology and Deviance, and Psychology from the University of Minnesota. She was then awarded her Juris Doctor from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law located in Saint Paul, MN.

Miranda is admitted to practice law in Wisconsin, and is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Marathon County Bar Association. She believes in the importance of preparing for the future and wants to help the people in the community she grew up in achieve this goal.

When she is not practicing law, Miranda is an outdoor enthusiast- she enjoys golfing, relaxing on the pontoon, and sitting around a crackling campfire.
